Terms and Conditions

Read these before you book. Signing up means you accept them.

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be paid in full to secure a place. Spaces are limited and allocated first come, first served.

Tickets are sold under our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, and the cancellation terms depend on which one you buy.

• Bronze. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Silver. May be transferred once to the next event, provided you give notice no later than 48 hours before that next event. Non-refundable.
• Gold. May be refunded at 50% of the ticket price up to and including the day of the event, or transferred in full to the next event.

Fight Camp reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any event, for example because of low numbers, venue issues or safety concerns. If that happens you will be offered a transfer or a full refund whatever package you bought.

Bookings are personal and may not be resold. Transferring your place to another person is allowed only with prior written approval from Fight Camp.

Latecomers may be refused entry on safety grounds if they miss the warm-up or the safety briefing, with no refund due.

Respect

Fight Camp is an inclusive community. Every attendee, organiser and staff member is treated with respect regardless of skill level, background, age, gender, race, religion or body type.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation or unwanted physical contact of any kind will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Unsolicited coaching is discouraged. Offer technique only when you are asked, and defer to the organisers at all times.

Behaviour

• Follow the instructions of the organisers immediately and without argument.
• Spar and roll to your partner's level, not your own ego. Control your intensity and put your partner's safety ahead of winning a round.
• A tap, verbal or physical, must be released instantly. Refusing to release a submission is a serious safety breach and grounds for removal.
• Aggressive, reckless or out of control behaviour on the mats is prohibited.
• Alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone attending under the influence will be refused entry without refund.

Fight Camp reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone deemed a risk to others, with no refund.

Health and Wellbeing

Combat sports carry an inherent risk of injury. By attending you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm you are taking part voluntarily and at your own risk.

You confirm you are in good health and physically fit to train. Anyone with an injury, illness or relevant medical condition, for example a heart condition or pregnancy, must declare it and should speak to a doctor before taking part.

• All events are held at venues that hold appropriate public liability insurance.
• Do not attend if you are unwell or carrying a contagious condition.
• Open wounds must be fully covered, and anyone with a visible skin infection may be asked not to train.
• Hygiene is mandatory. Clean training gear, fresh kit, and trimmed finger and toe nails are required out of respect for your training partners.

Other

Appropriate attire and protective equipment, such as a gum shield, gloves and a rashguard where relevant, are required. Fight Camp may refuse participation to anyone improperly equipped.

Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. By attending you consent to appearing in that media unless you notify a staff member on arrival.

You are responsible for your own belongings. Fight Camp accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.
